For all services, we accept payment at time of service in cash, personal checks (amounts up to $500), cashiers checks or credit card.


To accommodate patients with large deductibles plans, no insurance, or those traveling from Canada, we offer convenient cash payment option for cataract surgery. As our cataract procedures are performed on-site in our accredited office-based surgery center, we can offer significant savings compared to surgery performed at the hospital or ASC.

    • $3000/eye with Basic Monofocal
    • $5000/eye with Advanced Monofocal/Toric
    • $7000/eye with Multifocal or Light-adjustable lens

    *$250 consult fee applies if patient does not proceed with surgery.
